Return Policy for Apparition_Prints

At Apparition_Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art print purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have outlined our return policy below to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: You may return products that are damaged or defective upon receipt. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the damaged or defective item to initiate the return process.

1.2. Incorrect Orders: If we ship the wrong item(s) or if there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the incorrect order.

2. Return Procedure

2.1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cynicalarcs@gmail.com or simply use the chat box found in our website. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.

2.2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) along with instructions for returning the item(s).

2.3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging or in a similar protective manner. Include the RA# provided and a copy of your original packing slip or invoice.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund or Exchange

4.1. Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

4.2. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item you would like when initiating the return. We will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as possible after receiving the returned item(s).

5. Conditions for Returns

5.1. Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) show signs of wear or damage not related to the original issue.

5.2. Timing: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item(s).

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. Custom Prints: We do not accept returns for custom or personalized art prints unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
